Case Study - Place of Public Worship in Court
An application for a Muslim mosque was refused consent by Council due to a number of issues. The applicant commenced proceedings in the NSW Land and Environment Court to reverse Council’s decision. Expert acoustic evidence was required to demonstrate the likely noise impact of the proposed mosque.
