Occasionally development applications that have been refused by Council may end up in the Land and Environment Court and expert acoustic advice is required. Our Principal Acoustic Engineer, Stephen Gauld has many years experience being retained as an acoustic expert, for the applicant or respondent Council. He is known for his even handed, unbiased advice and has built credibility with the Court and his technical counterparts. The process of joint conferencing and ‘hot tubbing’ takes a particular skill in written and oral communication such that the main points are communicated to the Court in a convincing way.
